Brunch now starts at 10:00 AM on Sundays!

Y’all have been absolutely blowing our doors off at brunch. By 11:00 we’ve been seating an entire lobby full of people ready to eat, so we figured we might as well open the doors a little earlier to help the flow.

Well, we made it through what I’m pretty sure was the biggest weekend in City Cellar history, or at least as far back as I can look!

Y’all showed up. Tons of reservations, a packed restaurant, and a whole lot of new food coming out of that kitchen.

I personally gave away somewhere around 200 homemade oatmeal cream pies just as our way of saying thank you for coming out and supporting us.

And THIS fish plate... y’all absolutely crushed it. We went through an insane amount of it.

We learned a lot, made some adjustments, and we’re ready to do it all over again.

Yesterday was AMAZING.

Our first day with the new menu was everything we hoped it would be. We had a packed restaurant, a busy kitchen, and heard so many great things about the new dishes.

Thank you to everyone who came out and gave the new menu a try. It was pretty awesome seeing weeks of ideas and work finally hitting tables.

Now it's time for the weekend.

We're fully staffed, the kitchen is ready, and we're expecting a monster weekend at City Cellar.

Today's the day. Our new menu is officially HERE!

We've poured a ton into this menu over the last several weeks. Lots of ideas, lots of testing, lots of tasting, changing things, and then going back and testing them all over again.

And we're really excited about where we landed.

This is our first menu as the new owners of City Cellar, and it feels like a big step toward where we want to take this restaurant. You'll still find some familiar favorites, but there are also plenty of brand new dishes coming out of the kitchen that we seriously can't wait for you to try.

We believe Cartersville deserves an incredible restaurant, and we're determined to make City Cellar exactly that.

So come hungry. Come see us for lunch or dinner, try something new, and let us know what you think.

A quick heads up for today!

City Cellar will be closed all day today, Wednesday, August 12th, so we can have the entire team together to train and prepare for our new menu.

We're really excited about this one. You'll see some familiar favorites along with some brand new dishes we've been working hard on in the kitchen.

The new menu officially launches Thursday, August 13th!

We hope you guys come see us for lunch or dinner this weekend and absolutely blow us out. We're ready for you!

If you haven't joined us for brunch yet, now's the time.

One thing we keep hearing from guests? Our French toast. More than a few people have told us it's the best French toast they've ever had, and we think you'll see why.

Grab a table inside or enjoy the weather on our patio, which is open and ready for brunch.

It has been a blur.

Long days. Late nights. New ideas scribbled on napkins. Dishes being tested. Standards being raised. Learning names.

Most of all, it's been busy.

Every full dining room reminds us why we took this leap. Every returning guest, every new face, and every kind word reminds us that we're building something special.

This is only month one.
