We cook the wings confit-style, which is low and slow in fat in the oven until they’re incredibly tender, and then fry them to get that crispy outside without losing all that juiciness.

The muscadine BBQ sauce is made in-house from fresh muscadines, giving it that sweet, tangy Southern flavor.

Definitely not your average wings.

Our goal is to source as much as possible from local farms, and this weekend we’re featuring our first 16 oz boneless ribeyes from Powell Farms in Calhoun, GA.

Powell Farms is a fourth-generation farm run by great people who genuinely care about their animals. We buy directly from them, and these ribeyes were picked up from the processor yesterday.

It doesn’t get much more local or fresh than that.
We only have a handful this weekend, but this is the direction we want to go with The Cellar.

These will be served à la carte, and we highly recommend pairing yours with our garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini.

We’ve heard from a lot of you that you’ve been wanting to come try the Cellar, but work makes it tough during the week and our weekends have been staying pretty packed.

We are open regular hours tomorrow for Labor Day, and reservations are available!

If you’ve been looking for a chance to come see what we’ve been up to, tomorrow is a great day to do it.

Hope everyone has an excellent Labor Day. We’re looking forward to serving y’all!

Brunch now starts at 10:00 AM on Sundays!

Y’all have been absolutely blowing our doors off at brunch. By 11:00 we’ve been seating an entire lobby full of people ready to eat, so we figured we might as well open the doors a little earlier to help the flow.
