One of our favorite things about catering weddings is getting to see the little moments happening around the food—the conversations, the laughter, kids coming back for one more treat, and families simply enjoying being together.

These beauties will be smoked fresh by our Pit Master and ready just in time for two local families’ Thanksgiving tables.

We’re NOT opening entries yet — this is your little heads-up. 😉

The official giveaway kicks off in November, and we promise we’re keeping it ridiculously easy to enter.

💍A rehearsal dinner should feel every bit as special as the wedding weekend itself. ❤️

We had such a wonderful evening celebrating Bryson & Carmen with an intimate Southern dinner for 40.

Smoked pork & chicken, scalloped potatoes, Southern green beans, fresh mixed greens garden salad, cornbread, our new Vintage Sauce Flight Bar, and plenty of little sweets to finish the evening. And, of course, we had to make the buffet just as pretty as the food. 😉

The best part? Hearing such wonderful feedback from the bride & groom, their families and guests — and being told they’ll be recommending Sauce on the Side to everyone. That means the world to us.

Thank you, Lana & family, for trusting us with such a special evening. We loved being a small part of it.

Introducing the Sauce on the Side Sauce Flight Bar ✨

Around here, the sauce has never been an afterthought.

So we decided it deserved its own little moment. ❤️

Introducing our Sauce Flight Bar — a curated selection of our signature sauces, beautifully displayed and ready for guests to taste, pour, dip…and probably go back for another round. 😉

For this event, the flight featured:

Apple Bourbon • Smooth, Tangy, Sweet
Maple Bourbon • Sweet, Smokey, Smooth
Peach Bourbon • Fruity, Smooth, Rich
Georgia Vinegar • Bold, Tangy, Southern

Served from vintage glass decanters with individual tasting cups, because BBQ sauce can be a little fancy too. 😏

This is exactly what we mean when we say we don’t just cater the food — we create the experience.
