Inspired by our travels in Italy and Spain, we returned home with a vision: to create a similar experience in Carson City’s own Plaza, with good wines, great cocktails, stellar service, and food options worth getting excited about! Calling all wh***ey lovers! SAVE THE DATE! We're thrilled to partner with Brian Dickens, Executive Bourbon Steward, joining us all the way from Lexington, Kentucky, for two unforgettable events celebrating the art of wh***ey, bourbon, and thoughtfully crafted pairings!

Join us on Monday, October 26th at 5:30 pm and indulge in an exceptional four-course dinner created by Piazza's Executive Chef, Jared Manning. Each course will be beautifully paired with a thoughtfully selected wh***ey or bourbon, creating an unforgettable culinary experience from the first sip to the final bite.
