Hip hip hooray! 🍦 The Dairy Bar of Carrollton opens tomorrow!

In honor of opening day, we made the cutest ice cream cone cookies and ice cream cone cupcakes to celebrate. They’re almost too cute to eat… almost! 😍

If you’ve been counting down the days for ice cream like we have, you’ll definitely want to stop in and grab one of these fun treats!

We are still iso a Monday-Friday dayshift employee for the upcoming season. Hours will be 11-4. This position could be split between 2 people if needed to accommodate college or other work schedules. Please message the DB page if interested.

A note from us to our community 💙

We want to share something directly with our friends, neighbors, and customers.

Due to a personal family situation, we’ve made the decision to put the Dairy Bar up for sale. This wasn’t an easy choice, and it comes after a lot of thought and a heavy heart.

What’s important for everyone to know is this:
👉 We WILL be open for the 2026 season (beginning in March)
👉 We’ll still be here serving you like always.
👉 Nothing changes for our day-to-day operations right now.

This place has meant so much to our family and to this town, and our hope is to see it continue on for many years to come with the right next owner. We’re proud of what this business has been and grateful for the support we’ve always received.

Thank you for understanding and for continuing to support us. We’re looking forward to another great season with all of you. Serious inquiries are welcome privately through messenger.
