The Year of the Tiger have finally arrive and will- begin on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 and lasts until February 15th, 2022.
Secret Recipe Plano will be serving Fa Chai Yu Sheng (Prosperity Toss) or also known as Lo Hei is a Teochew-style smoked salmon salad. It will consists of strips of smoked salmon, mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients.
Yusheng literally means "raw fish" but since "fish (魚)" is commonly conflated with "abundance (余)", Yúshēng is interpreted as a homophone for Yúshēng meaning an increase in abundance. Therefore, yu-sheng is considered a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor.
Secret Recipe Plano will be offering Fa Choy Yu-Sheng starting from January 29th, 2022 and while stock last!
