We had a really busy weekend! The original plan was to order Stollen’s preorder, but we didn‘t have enough time to make it. So we decided to just sell it to our walk-in customers. It will be a very limited quantity! The flavor is basic and chocolate.

: 1 year aged dried fruit ( Orange peel, cranberry, fig, apricot), roasted walnut and pistachio
Deep it in the butter and vanilla sugar and sugar powder coating

How to eat?
:Unpack, slice thinly, and enjoy it in slices with hot drink! Eat it on the same day, or it gets more flavorful as the day goes by! I like it when it’s aged for about 5 days :)

Christmas Special
“Stollen”
It is a traditional German Christmas bread. During the Christmas season the cake-like loaves are called Weihnachtsstollen or Christstollen.

Christmas stollen is a yeasted fruit bread that is baked with dried fruits, candied citrus peel, nuts and spices.

We use figs, dry apricots, orange fillings and cranberries pickled in rum for a year. And we add well-baked walnuts to make them! Soon, we will open our preorder soon❤️
