We're getting an extra day off on Wednesday (March 4th)! Luckily, our fridge was still working, so we could keep our ingredients fresh. However, the oven and lights were out. We'll use this extra day to prep and make over 10 types of madeleines! See you on Thursday😣!

This is an emergency notice! Our strawberry madeleine was using “Vallrhona Strawberry Inspiration.” Due to supply and demand issues, for the time being, the dip chocolate on top of the strawberry madeleine will using “Valrhona raspberry”. The filling inside is the same as the strawberry jam we make ourselves. If you are allergic to raspberry, please refer to it. Thank you❤️

Hello! It’s a long story, but a quick guide to everyone who loves “everything madeleine.” We’ve received a lot of love over the past year and a half. I’m writing to tell you a few things at the same time as the interest.
-
First of all, I’d like to tell you about the situation where our madeleines are always out of stock. I’m the only one in the kitchen who is baking. Of course, the amount we can make in a day is limited. We’re willing to hire staff in the future, and also working hard on manuals for that. Please wait a little longer!

And second the cream latte is only available in one size. We’ve chosen the optimal amount, and we’ll sell it in a way that’s too much or not too much. However, if we expand in the future, we’ll think about the sizes differently!

I don’t know what our future holds, but thank you for loving and caring about madeleine. Thank you for reading!
