In my career, I’ve worked with plenty of managers. But finding a true leader—someone who genuinely supports you, lifts you up, and has your back—is rare.
That’s why I want to take a moment to talk about my William, the General Manager at Sam Pack's Five Star Chevrolet.
William is a unique breed: he’s a brilliant thinker, but he’s an even bigger doer. This is a man who wakes up every single day at 3:30 AM, driven by an unmatched, old-school work ethic.
Maybe it comes from his roots growing up in Pittsburgh. Maybe it’s the grit and discipline he built back in his younger days playing baseball as a catcher—a position where you have to see the whole field, protect home plate, and manage the team through every pitch.
Whatever it is, he brings that exact same heart, vision, and relentless dedication to our dealership every day.

Born and raised in Texas, Diego grew up dreaming of being a rockstar 🎸 — even though he’ll tell you he was really just a big Dragon Ball Z nerd at heart. But that mix of passion and focus shaped who he is today.

In our shop at Sam Pack’s 5 Star Chevrolet, Diego shows up with the same drive he had as a kid… always leveling up, always pushing to be better, always taking care of people. He’s the guy that treats every vehicle like it belongs to family.

He may not be on stage with a guitar but trust us — he became a rockstar anyway. ⭐
