Since the “meet the candidates” event in Downtown Carrollton this next Tuesday is limited to 100 live participants, I will be streaming the event on Facebook live in the restaurant between 6-8pm. Polenta served with braised wild boar and natural au jus
Chilled Lobster tossed with fresh mango and basil served with honey dressing
Escargot sautéed with a basil, shallot cream sauce and tortellini
