CARROLLTON DINNER POP-UP: RIBS & SIDES!

​We’re throwing a special Saturday night dinner pop-up, and we are keeping it simple, classic, and absolutely delicious. Let us handle dinner while you relax and enjoy the weekend!

​We’ll be set up at King’s Liquor in Carrollton this Saturday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (or until sold out).

​We’ve got the pit loaded with premium, pecan-smoked slabs of ribs, and we're pairing them with our scratch-made coleslaw and classic potato salad.

​🔥 THE MENU:
●​Full Slab Meal (Includes both sides) – $30
●​Half Slab Meal (Includes both sides) – $18
●​Full Slab (Meat only) – $25
●​Half Slab (Meat only) – $15

​⚠️ PRE-ORDERS CLOSING FRIDAY: Space on the pit is limited, and we want to make sure we have enough for everyone. We highly suggest pre-ordering to guarantee your food!

We will be open again in the trailer soon! We are booked during the weekend until July 4th!

We will be set up at Carrolltons 4th of July celebration!!

If youre still needing meat by the pound or slabs of ribs just message or call a few days in advance and we will get you fixed up!
