It’s the 3 Year Anniversary Party and is smoking some great Texas barbecue to go with great craft beer! Symbol puts costs aside and uses the best ingredients to create the highest quality craft beer for hardcore beer enthusiasts. That’s the approach Rush Barbecue takes to smoking quality meats and sides. For this event we’ll have brisket, turkey, pork belly burnt ends, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and some new sides we haven’t done before. Come enjoy great beer and barbecue for the Symbol 3 Year Anniversary Party this Saturday March 30th.
