**PICK UP TIME DELAYED**

Due to the rain yesterday and the wind last night, pickup time has been delayed to 1pm!

We are sorry for any inconvenience! Eric has been working diligently thru the night working the smoker and making the best smoked turkeys. As soon as they are done, the hams will be going.

Unfortunately, when it comes to smoking meat, it's not just setting a temp on the oven and setting a timer. There are alot of variations involved!

ORDERING IS NOW OPEN for Thanksgiving Smoked Turkeys and Smoked Spiral Sliced hams!!

Turkeys are brined, then Smoked and finished off with our special compound butter. Turkeys range from 16-18lbs and are $65.

Spiral Sliced Hams are rubbed with our hand crafted ham rub, smoked, and then glazed with your choice of glaze. We offer 3 different glazes for our Hams.
1) Crushed Pineapple & Brown Sugar
2) Cherry Preserves & Maple
3) Brown Sugar

Hams are also $65.
Reheat instructions will be included along with compound butter for Turkeys and Glaze for Hams.

Last date to order is Nov. 15th. Please send us a message for ordering.

Pick- up will be Nov. 22nd @ 11a.m. unless we post otherwise.

It's almost that time of year again!

We will be opening orders for Thanksgiving Turkeys and Hams November 1st!!

Hams will have the option of 3 different glazes of Brown Sugar, Pineapple brown sugar, and Cherry Maple.

Our turkeys will come with our speciality compound butter.
