We would like to congratulate all the Seniors of 2026 of Carrollton High School! We also want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to our 4 Special Seniors that are part of the Jimmy's Family!! Alli, Brae, Edgar, and Jenna(aka Beast)! These 4 are not only amazing employees, but are amazing, hardworking, caring,helpful, and fun human beings! They are a joy to be around and a backbone of our restaurant! We continue to get excellent compliments about ALL of our employees, including these 4! We thank you for all that you do, and wish you the best success in the future! We know that all of you are going to do great things! To Eddie and the "BBQ BADDIES" Congratulations!!
