We have another tiny latte art contender. Stepping up to the bar today: Emma. A little bit about Emma, if you check out her bio on the barn owl website, the plant that matches her personality is Foxglove. Foxglove is a straight killer and hopefully you agree that Emma killed this challenge. Anyone have any ideas for tiny vessels we can make latte art in?

You've seen Monica making the Monica, now it's time for Scout's Scout! You probably know we have a special menu of Barista creations, but you've probably never seen them made by their namesakes! Eventually we'll get our marketing guy to do his sorry attempt at The Corey. Come in and try this!!! It's so delicious! Seriously! Don't make us beg!

We never get tired of reading reviews! Actually this one was so delightful, we wanted to share all of it, PLUS it included a lovely picture. Here's the whole thing that didn't all fit on the image:

"Feathered Saddle Coffee is so good I didn’t want to write this review. Quick service at 9:30 am on a Monday even with a line. The best Iced Matcha in the area, and a delightful kimchi croissant I wasn’t expecting. It was flaky, buttery, and had large pieces of kimchi inside. Truly delicious. To make a place surrounded in plants and whimsy even more magical the most chill and friendly dog was there to greet me. I have never been happier getting some work done." - NS

Have you tried any of our barista menu drinks? This is the Monica. Just like Monica, it's sweet, but not saccharine, earth-toned, and surprising! Not to brag, but there aren't a lot of places you can try pandan, and even fewer where you can try it in a delicious summer drink. It looks green, but it doesn't taste green. You know what we're saying? Come try it!

You can't stop us from making new drinks!! In addition to the new summer 2.0 menu all of our baristas have thrown in their own personalized specials.

We're keeping track too! Whoever's drink sells the most at the end of the season gets a prize. We're not sure yet, but it's probably going to be a yummy treat. Get over here and support your faves!
