New York families, help us decide what comes next at Roswell Family Farm.

We’ve already heard interest in bone broth and ground chicken, and we appreciate everyone who has weighed in. Now we need to hear from more households to understand how much demand is out there.

Our recent visit to a USDA processor opened up possibilities for:

• Breaded chicken nuggets
• Maple sausage links
• Ground chicken
• Chicken pot pies in 12-ounce and 24-ounce sizes
• Chicken bone broth
• Dog food

We’ve worked through the pricing needed to make this financially sustainable. What we need your help with is deciding which products to prioritize and how much to produce.

Whether you’re a current customer, a follower or just discovering our farm, leave a comment telling us:

🛒 How much you’d typically buy and how often

If someone already mentioned your choice, we still want to hear from you. Knowing several households want ground chicken tells us more than seeing it suggested once.

~ NSI rodeo burger 🍔, local maple 🍁 infused barbecue sauce drizzled over a delicious (local family farm) burger topped with bacon and a homemade b**r battered onion ring, melted Swiss cheese all on a garlicky buttered toasted roll made by the Dolgeville Bread basket & hand cut fries. $22

~NSI cheesy garlicky spinach artichoke dip with corn 🌽 chips (gluten free) it’s amazing.

~ Lobster 🦞 pappardelle pasta…. Prepared with live fresh lobsters, in a delicious creamy lobster VODKA sauce and chunks of in house prepared lobster, tossed in fresh pappardelle pasta, making this an all time favorite pasta dish.

~ Charlie’s loaded seafood chowder will be available Friday night.

Roswell family farms fresh chicken breast, I lightly bread in seasoned panko, deep fried golden brown & stuff with ham & drizzled with our GF Alfredo sauce! {Gluten free available upon request.} have it with Morgie’s vodka sauce and you’re taking this dish on the next level!
