We are going to be set up tomorrow, Saturday, Oct 2nd at Harmonie State Park from 9-4. Delicious Italian beef, pulled pork, loaded nachos, and our new loaded Philly dog. Come hungry!! Also serving ice cream....vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and butter pecan! Yum!

The Green Apron will be serving dinner from 4-7 pm on Thursday, August 5th. We will be set up at Elastec in Carmi. We are serving, your choice of meatloaf or pulled pork sandwich with sides of mashed potatoes, broccoli salad, and hot roll for $10.00. We also will have a Nathan's quarter pounder hot dog, chips, and a drink for $5.00. We of course, will also have our delicious LOADED NACHOS! Come see us... you'll be glad you did (and so will we!😁. Sorry Cole...no cheesy potatoes this time...next time, I promise!

The Carmi Christmas Elves (they do the great job with the Lights of Hope at the fairgrounds) will be selling hand dipped ice cream at Elastec along side The Green Apron on Thursday, July 15th starting at 11:00. There will be an assortment of toppings to choose from also. All profit will go towards their activities that they put on at Christmas time in Carmi! It's going to be hot tomorrow....come out and support a great group of hometown locals.

We will be set up again tomorrow, July 15th, at Elastec in Carmi. We are serving smoked 3/4 inch pork chops or pulled pork sandwiches along with sides of cheesy potatoes, cowboy beans, and a roll for $10.00. We will also have chips, nachos and cheese, loaded nachos, and pulled pork by the pound. We also have an assortment of drinks. We look forward to serving you😁

The Green Apron will be set up today, July 4th from 5-10 in front of Elastec. We will have a FIRECRACKER SPECIAL consisting of a hot dog, chips, and a drink for $4.00. We will also have hamburgers, nachos, and of course our delicious Italian beef! Come enjoy the fireworks with us in Carmi

Just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who came to visit us on Friday. We were a little overwhelmed but extremely pleased at the turnout. We have worked out some of our problems to make things run faster and smoother... thanks for your patience. We look forward to seeing you again! Once again thanks... you're the best!
