UPDATE: Just received the State's Release/approval of the plans/blue prints, now just need to hire a contractor & get a building permit.

UPDATE: The blue prints are finally done! Now, we have to wait, for what I am told is 3-4 weeks for the State to approve them, which at this point I am guessing means 4+ weeks.

Dear Friends, Finally a Lease was completely finalized on Monday March 12th!! Hurrayyyy! Finally!!! LOL

Our Address is 13744 N. Meridian St., Carmel, IN 46032

*Please note Google Maps is NOT showing Our Address correctly, yet, I have emailed them to get this corrected. However, if you search 13610 N Meridian St (the Address for the "Meridian Village Plaza") you will get correct direction, We are in the Outer Building closest to the Street, next to Goldman Dentist.

*Note we are not open yet, so no one is answering the phones, if you want or need to contact us please post here, I get notifications & will get back to you ASAP.

We plan to Open in July of 2018.

I will keep Y'all updated as to our progress, we currently have 6 weeks of obtaining blueprints, Permits & such, Then Followed my about 4 weeks of construction, and about a month for product testing, & Staff training, before opening in July.

I plan on doing "Before & After" pictures so you can track our progress. Included here is the the before pics.

UPDATE: Things move slow in the Commercial Real Estate World, especially in a sophisticated Market like Carmel. As I reported 2+ Weeks ago, I & Landlord had agreed upon terms for a lease in Carmel, IN. They took some time getting me the lease, & I did my due diligence, which is fast either, 40 pages of a Legal Contract, takes some time to evaluate, but I counter-offered this afternoon, & Just spoke with their lawyer / underwriter & she seemed to think they would find my offers acceptable. The Attitudes of the Lawyer & Agent ( I also spoke with this morning) were positive today, so that was very encouraging. I think we may be able to get this wrapped up in a week! My Biggest concern has already been alleviated!
