One of my most favorite things to bake is cheesecake, and licking the be**er brings me back to my youth growing up working in my neighborhood bakery after school.

My son Gian asked ChatGPT about Little Napoli where we feature this desert, and it turns out she is a fan of our Blueberry Cheesecake! This is what she said:

The AT&T Pro-am Golf tournament is back in “full swing” this year and the list of top golfers and celebrities is better than ever. The weather promises to be a perfect 72 degrees and sunny, and access to the courses are made even easier this year as The Pebble Beach Company has worked very hard to create this world class event.

Carmel Culinary Week begins Friday, January 14th. Lasting until January 23rd, over 30 local restaurants will be offering special menus, chef’s events, giveaways, and lots more fun stuff. At both my Little Napoli and Vesuvio I created the Chef Pèpe Ravioli Challenge. Enjoy a prix-fix dinner, or even the ravioli a la carte, write an original imaginative comment about your ravioli experience of 50 words or less and the winning entry will win a $250. GIFT CARD.
Choose from my Veal Osso Buco Ravioli, the Lobster & Crab Ravioli, Wild Boar Ravioli, Broccoli Rabe Ravioli or the classic three-Cheese Ravioli alla Hoboken. The weather has been perfect, and there’s plenty of free parking, so come on down, watch the sunset and drop in either Little Napoli or Vesuvio and try our homemade ravioli.
