September Pizza: La Birria 🌮

September is Hispanic Heritage Month which honors the history, contributions, and overall culture of the Hispanic community 🇲🇽 so this month we’re paying homage and basing this month’s pizza off of a traditional Mexican dish that originated from the state of Jalisco, Mexico; Birria!

We start with an Olive oil base, Aged mozzarella, our 10 hour slow-cooked marinated beef, red onion, oregano and then it’s finished with a covering of cilantro and radicchio and is served with a side of flavorful comsumé for dipping 🌮. This is an extremely limited pizza so once it’s sold out for the week, it’s done for the week, so come try it ASAP!

August Pizza: Big Dill 🥒

August is a pickle-filled month with options galore! So, we decided to throw our crown into the ring with our new pizza of the month! It starts with an Olive oil base, followed by a covering of our signature Destroyer mix, Pickles, Garlic, and Red onion! It’s then finished off with Crispy onions and a hefty Ranch drizzle! It’s a pretty “big dill” if you ask me! So make sure to come try it out before we’re all pickled out by the end of the month 🥒

It’s finally happened! At long last King Dough Carmel officially has a couple sweet treats to offer you!

Peanut Butter & S’mores Chocolate chip cookie Pizza 🍪 (Limited time only / Dine-in only)
* A sharable size hot chocolate chip cookie topped with a layer of melted marshmallows, Reese’s bits, a drizzle of peanut butter sauce, and finished off with a scoop of ice cold vanilla ice cream!

We’re jamming into July with our new pizza of the month! Did you ever want to be an early bird but realized you had to get up really early to be one? Well now you can capture the “early bird” essence with our pizza of the month! Starting with a breakfast gravy base, it is then layered with aged mozzarella, fluffy scrambled eggs 🥚, breakfast sausage, and topped off with green onion! This is your chance to catch the metaphorical worm 🪱 but don’t wait too long, or you’ll miss your chance!

Street corn has been a staple street food for centuries, and this month we bring it on! 🇲🇽🌽 We’re doing things a little differently this time around and skipping a base but it’s then topped with Aged mozzarella, Oaxaca cheese, Roasted corn, a lime mayo drizzle, a generous sprinkle of Cotija cheese, fresh cut Cilantro, and finished with Tajin. ¡El sabor del elote está perfectamente capturado en esta pizza!
