A longtime Carmel resident, Clint Eastwood rescued this landmark resort from condo developers, and renovated the entire property to provide a unique resort experience. y. While dining at the restaurant, known for its American Cuisine and Piano Bar, you can watch the sheep graze in the meadow. Located just 9 blocks south of downtown Carmel and 8 blocks from Carmel Beach, the views and quiet location make the Ranch a special place for romantic getaways, weddings, corporate dinners or family vacations. Beginning Monday August 17, 2026~

As we continue to enhance the dining experience at Mission Ranch Restaurant, we are making a few thoughtful changes to our dining hours and offerings. As part of these changes, we will open at 4:00pm, and will no longer be offering our Early Grazing or Bar Menu. While a few things may be changing, the warm hospitality, familiar favorites and special Mission Ranch experience you know and love will remain the same.

For the week of August 10-August 16 “Car Week”

The restaurant at Mission Ranch will be open for modified hours and dinner service.
Early Grazing and the Bar menu will not be served

Restaurant will open for Cocktails at 4 pm and begin seating for dinner at 4:30pm
Appetizers, soup and salad can be ordered at this time. Full dinner menu will begin at 5 pm.

Breakfast will be served Monday through Friday from 7am to 10:30 am
Sunday Brunch will be available on Sunday from 10 am to 1:30 pm
We will not be accepting reservations
