We are mighty excited about our new rig.

Thanks to a next level Artisan Collaboration between Savage Fabricators of Paso Robles and Marra Forni Ovens of New York, we get to create pizzas in a hand created, Roman style oven that elevates our pizza to the next level.

The bricks in this oven were made with ash from Mount Vesuvius, which the founding brothers, who hail from Naples Italy, claim gives the bricks the very beat heat retention.

All we know is that it helps us create pizza that will make you feel like you were transported to Naples for a gourmet pizza adventure.🍕🔥
