You must be a member of an Elks lodge, a prospective member signed into the lodge guest book by a member (no more than 3 times in a lifetime, after 3 times you must make the decision to become a member or no longer come to the lodge), or an out of town guest of a member signed into the lodge guest book to enjoy the amenities and events held at our lodge. Inside the lodge we have a small casino, lo

unge, dining room, and ballroom. Outside we have RV hookups, playground, picnic tables, grills, and of course our pool area! The summer includes many outdoor events. The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes Labor Day. Many events like the Fiesta and Luau include live entertainment. Our entertainment chairperson works diligently to book shows year round. Our monthly newsletter includes a calendar to keep you up to date on upcoming events. We also offer Stag Night and Ladies Night once a month, Thursday nights we offer co****le in the ballroom, chicken fried steak on the second Tuesday of each month, appetizers and meal baskets are offered on the remaining Tuesdays as well as Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We have Potluck Sundays and enjoy sports on several TVs. Our meetings are the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm and rarely last more than 1 hour. Our youth are very important to us as well. The Easter Egg Hunt, Breakfast with Santa, Halloween, and the Annual Hoop Shoot are a few of their favorite activities. Charity is why we are here though. Our lodge gives to numerous charities including NM C and B Trust, Elks National Foundation, Cerebral Palsy, Veteran's programs, scholarships, Elks National Drug Awareness Program, dictionary program, youth sports, school clubs, Relay for Life, help with medical needs and many other requests. For the most part our lodge is run by volunteers. We always need our members to lend a hand to pull off events and volunteer lead dining experiences such as stag night, ladies night, and outdoor events on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. To become a member of our lodge, you must be proposed by a current Elk member in good standing. The member will sign out an application for you to fill out. The application requires you to have 2 additional members as references. So if you would like to become a member, start asking your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors to find out who you know that can be your sponsor.
