We hope you enjoy our true southern style bar-b-que, prepared the old fashioned way. Our meat is slow cooked in a bar-b-que pit in our own kitchen, using local pecan wood. We prepare our sauce, salads and beans fresh daily. Our homemade sourdough cobbler is a little slice of history, courtesy of a recipe from an old cattle drive cook!

For 72 years, our family has loved seeing families, and we recently kicked off a brand new tradition! We launched our "Catching Clementine," and we couldn't be happier with our very first official finder!

A super special shoutout to Annie Bock, daughter of our close family friends, Ashley and Cory Bock (Bock Electric LLC), who spotted sweet little Clementine like a true champion and claimed her prize from the picnic treasure chest!
