We can't wait to fire the pots back up and see everyone again!

As crawfish season has come to an end, we're making a change to the menu... 🦀

And by popular request, we've also added boiled eggs to make your seafood boil even better! 🥚🔥

We will be CLOSED for the next two weekends as we transition following the end of crawfish season.

First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who supported us throughout crawfish season. The love and support from our community meant more than we can say, and we couldn't have done it without y'all!

During this short break, we'll be working behind the scenes to refresh our menu and bring you some exciting new options while keeping the Cajun flavors you love.

We've had an incredible season, and we can't thank Carlsbad enough for all the support you've shown us. Let's make one last batch of memories before the pots are put away!

We've been saying "maybe the last weekend" for a few weeks now... and if you've followed crawfish season before, you know Mother Nature makes the rules. 😅

Well... the traps are coming out, the season is winding down, and we're almost certain this is it.

If you've been saying, "We'll come next weekend," this is your sign not to wait.

Well... y'all caught us. 😅

We know we've been saying "this might be the last weekend" for what feels like 3 weeks now. 🤪

But if you know anything about crawfish season, you know it's unpredictable. We've been doing everything we can to keep bringing y'all fresh Louisiana crawfish for as long as they're available—and somehow we've managed to squeeze out one more weekend!

This time, though... we're almost certain this is the real final weekend. Most of the traps are being pulled from the ponds, and the supply is getting harder and harder to find.

That also means our quantity is limited, so once we're sold out, that's it.

Let's send crawfish season out the right way! ❤️🦞 Come get your fix one last time, bring your family and friends, and help us finish the season with a bang.
