Today, dads across America are firing up grills, pretending they don’t need directions, and explaining the “right way” to cook a steak.

We’ll be closed today, but when Dad’s ready to trade the backyard for a proper steak and whiskey, we’ll have his seat waiting the rest of the week.

Cheers to the dads, stepdads, granddads, and all the father figures who taught us important life skills — like how to hold a flashlight incorrectly.
