Announcing Coffee Week at Chilly Jilly's: Starting with National Coffee Day on Tuesday, September 29, Chilly Jilly's will be celebrating the flavors of coffee with specials all week:

Tuesday: Free espresso shot in any milkshake
Wednesday: $1.00 off any non-ice cream coffee drink
Thursday: $2 off any bag of Cold Blooded Coffee

What it takes to make a batch of our new Harvest Apple Pie a la Mode!

We start with fresh Jonathan apples from Flamm Orchards, peel and slice them up, and cook them up with some sugar and Cinnamon Spice from The JAY Effect until we have a wonderful pie filling.

Then we blend this pie filling into a fresh batch of our Natural Vanilla ice cream, along with a healthy scoop of our spiced oat crumble. We box it up and let it harden overnight, so it's the perfect consistency for you today.

Stop by the shop this weekend at 606 S. Illinois Ave in Downtown Carbondale to try this new ice cream, as well as our other new flavor, Apple Cider Sorbet. See you soon!

Two new flavors this week! First is our Harvest Apple Pie a la Mode - we started with fresh Jonathan apples from Flamm Orchards, cooked them with cinnamon spices from The JAY Effect, and then swirled them into our Natural Vanilla ice cream along with our spiced oat swirl. Pie and ice cream, all together in one fall-flavored bite!

Our other new flavor is Apple Cider Sorbet - a non-dairy treat made with real unfiltered apple cider.

Happy first day of fall! I'd suggest a light jacket if you're heading outside, but also so into Chilly Jilly's Ice Cream and Treats for some tasty fall flavors!

This Friday we will have our newest flavor - Apple Pie a la Mode! This is our natural vanilla ice cream swirled through with our own homemade apple pie filling and spiced oat crumble. We might even have a new sorbet this week. 😁
