First off, a big thank you to Erin & Viridiana!

Their catered event didn’t just feed their guests — it also created 35 burrito donations for our local food bank. That’s 35 people in our community who get a hot meal because of their support.

That’s the heart of what we’re building with Vegan Eats — every meal you buy helps us give one away. We call it our ‘Meals that Matter’ mission, and our goal is simple but bold: 5,000 burritos a year donated to local food banks and community programs.

This idea didn’t start with a business plan. It started on my birthday in 2023, when instead of gifts, I asked my family to join me in the kitchen. Together, we rolled 100 burritos and delivered them to local shelters. That day showed us how food can do more than just fill a plate — it can lift spirits, ease burdens, and remind people they’re not forgotten.

That birthday project grew into Vegan Eats, and today we’re carrying that same mission forward — food that tastes good, makes you feel good, and does good for the community. With your support, what began as a simple act of giving is becoming a movement — one burrito at a time.

100% Plant Based Tres Leches Cake

Let’s be honest… vegans are sometimes our own worst enemy. One bite of a dry, flavorless “vegan cake” and suddenly the whole world thinks we survive on cardboard and sadness. 😂

Not here. Our Plant-Based Tres Leches Cake is out to redeem the reputation — light, fluffy, creamy, and straight-up delicious. No excuses, no “for a vegan dessert” qualifiers… just cake so good you’ll forget it’s dairy-free.

It’s been way too long since I’ve been able to enjoy this all-time favorite of mine. After pouring over dozens of recipes and never quite finding “the one,” we decided to create our own — and the result was worth every bit of effort.

Super light and fluffy cake soaked in our custom dairy-free “three milks” syrup, topped with a creamy finish that’s every bit as indulgent as the original (if not better). Soft, sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious — this is comfort food reimagined, 100% plant-based.
