Words really can’t express how happy and grateful I am for all the love and support from my family and loved ones. Making these amazing treats is truly my passion, and I can’t wait to start making them again.
Turning that switch on today was such an emotional moment. 🥹 After sitting in a storage unit for a few years, seeing that the machine still works felt like another little sign that this dream is coming together.

SIU Athletics is proud to announce the first of five game day concerts before football games this fall!

Join the 90's Kidz as they rock the field just to the south of Saluki Stadium up to 45 minutes before kickoff!

The concert is free for all fans to attend! SIU students are encouraged to set up tents and bring tailgating supplies earlier in the day and tailgate around the stage before and during the show.

There will also be the following food trucks with great options for purchase:

So many emotions getting to bring my ice cream/popsicle machine home! 🥹🍦🍧
The day is getting closer to when I’ll finally be making these amazing treats and so much more! I am beyond grateful to God for giving me the strength to never give up and to keep pushing forward.
It has been a long journey, but we are getting closer and closer to reaching this goal. It’s been quite a ride, but honestly, I wouldn’t change it for anything! ❤️
So grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every step that has brought me this far. We’re not too far now! 🙏🏼 ❤️
