We want to make things clearer.
Since we are a small "Mom and Pop" business we are struggling with the high prices of the meat and our supplies. (We can't just keep raising the prices on our customers.)
Also since the fire, we are having to pay out of pocket to build our home.
With that being said we just needed to make sure we have a steady stream of income each week in order to calm our nerves.
With covid, the higher prices for everything, and then the fire we have just taken a hit......
Please give us time to build our home, regroup and make a new plan. CW's Custom Smoke BBQ is not closed forever, only for now.
This guy didn't work this hard, come this far to quit so easily.
He loves smoking BBQ...

THE CARBON TRACTOR PULL WILL BE GOING ON THIS SATURDAY ON THE WEST SIDE OF CARBON. JUST FOLLOW THE SIGNS.
THIS TRACTOR PULLS SUPPORTS OUR LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT.
COME ON OUT AND SUPPORT A GREAT CAUSE, AND SUPPORT CHAD ON HIS LAST DAY TO SELL BARBECUE FOR A WHILE.

Well folks CW's Custom Smoke BBQ will be closing its doors this weekend.
We tried to hang in there. But the rising cost of food and supplies has just been too much for us to be able to keep up with.
We had a wonderful time meeting each and every one of our customers, hearing your stories / gossip. 😂
We want to say a very special thank you to those customers that have been with us since roadside and have followed us down to the barbecue building in Carbon.
Thank you for your loyalty! 💙
We saw this coming for some time now. We had to make a new set of plans for our future.
Chad has been blessed with a new employment opportunity. And I have started up my own elder Care business.
Another special thank you to Pastor Jody and Wendy Forbus for the wonderful opportunity to let us rent the building out from them for the past 4 years.
Thank you to our family who came down to help clean, and prep the building and get things ready at the very beginning.
Most of our barbecue customers are no longer customers of ours..... They have now become our FRIENDS.
We've had Mama's who were pregnant the very first time they visited our business. Those children grew up coming to our barbecue business. They made themselves right at home in my (Teena) lap.
Now they are starting Elementary school.
We want to say thank you to those who have seen us out and about and come up to us to tell us that we have some "darn good barbecue".
We just want to say THANK YOU TO YOU ALL! 💙
