We'll have chai in hand, pressed flowers on the table, and a few hours to do something that feels increasingly rare: a mid-week break, away from screens to make something meaningful with our hands.
I'm so excited to offering this collab with you, as Dharma's is one of my favorite places for wholesome, comfort food. Let's not forget to mention that Dharma's has been feeding and nourishing Capitola since 1982. Among my absolute favorites on their menu is their kitchari - a staple of my diet as a yogi.
For this event - here's what we're creating together:
You'll bring a cherished photo — a person, a pet, a place that lives in your heart — and we'll transform it into a one-of-a-kind floral portrait set in a 5x7 gold-plated brass frame.
Together we'll work through floral composition, color theory, and portrait-style bloom layering — everything you need to build something you'll want to hang on your wall and keep forever.
All materials included. Curated pressed florals and foliage, archival glue, expert guidance, and complimentary chai or tea.
Everything you need is waiting for you.
$50 per person. And every ticket secures your gold brass frame.
I only have a limited number of frames for this evening — when they're gone, they're gone. Walk-ins are welcome while supplies last.
