Happy Superbowl, ‘Qudes! Hope everyone is healthy and excited for a great game!
I know e‘rbdy has their own ‘wing sauce’ that they love and rarely try anything else! But just in case you wanna venture outta your comfort zone, here’s one to try! It’s pretty traditional. I do try to use hot sauces that list ‘peppers’ as the first ingredient and no or very little vinegar (just my preference). Oh, by the way, I’m doing it on shrimp, but obviously it translates really well to wings! * the bacon fat is ‘optional’ (but not really)! I will post pics of the finished product in a bit. Also gonna do jerk rib tips.
