This week’s specials at Channel Marker 243 are bringing some serious flavor.

Dig into crispy “Buffalo” Mozzarella, our bourbon BBQ Pulled Pork Flatbread, or go big with the Beef Tteokbokki — Korean-style rice cakes sautéed with tender marinated beef, vegetables and a savory black vinegar sauce.

Our Short Rib Bao Buns bring together tender shaved short rib, bright jalapeno apple slaw, and crispy shallot for a perfect bite.
