We’re Hiring at Il Riccio Cape May 🍋

As we head into the summer season, we are looking to grow our kitchen team with both part-time and full-time positions available. As well as a hostess position.

Il Riccio is a Southern Italian restaurant focused on fresh seafood, handmade pastas, premium ingredients, and warm hospitality.

We’re looking for individuals who are:
• Passionate about food and hospitality
• Hardworking and team-oriented
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Interested in being part of an elevated dining experience

Kitchen & Hostess experience is preferred, but we value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn above all.

This morning on 6ABC Philly, we had the opportunity to share the story behind Il Riccio. How our restaurant came to life, the passion behind what we do, and the inspiration rooted in our Italian heritage. 🇮🇹✨

During the segment, we also featured one of our signature dishes, Polipo Grigliata with broccoli rabe, a dish that reflects the coastal Italian flavors and traditions that inspire our menu every day.

It was truly special to share our journey, our family, and the heart behind Il Riccio with Philadelphia. If you missed the segment this morning, it will be airing again at 5PM this evening!
