Our 10x10 tomato pies feature our cold fermented sourdough dough, baked until golden with that thin, crispy edge we love, then topped with our signature tomato sauce, seasoning, and parmesan. Simple. Classic. Jersey Shore comfort food.

Brewski Baking will be taking a short break as we celebrate a huge family milestone, our daughter’s college graduation! 🎓

We’ll be closed through Memorial Day Weekend so we can spend some much-needed family time together and celebrate this special moment.

Running a small business means long nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of support from amazing customers like all of you. We truly appreciate every order, every share, every kind word, and every person who has supported our little bakery journey.

Thank you for allowing us the time to step away, celebrate as a family, and recharge a bit. We’ll be back after Memorial Day Weekend ready to bake again!

Well… here’s the PROOF. 😉🍞 (Bread pun intended)

Every loaf of our sourdough starts from scratch right here at Brewski Baking and is cold fermented for at least 18 hours before baking for that deep flavor, chewy texture, and crust we love.

No shortcuts. Just time, patience, and a whole lot of dough.
