We love every one of you. Cape is where we got to begin our journey, and we’ll always be grateful for every meal you shared with us, every kind word, and every time you chose to support our dream.

A heartfelt thank-you to Mason Capital for having us inside the City Centre and giving us a place to get started. We can’t wait to see who gets to walk through these doors next and begin a dream of their own. We love supporting local, and we’ll be cheering them on!

Instead of Oktoberfest… we’re celebrating SPAETZLEFEST this weekend! 🎉🍽️

What’s spaetzle? These tender little German egg noodles are made from a simple batter, dropped into boiling water, and cooked into soft, delicious bites. They’re homemade comfort food—and there are soooo many ways to serve them! 😋

We’re gonna spend HOURS making fresh spaetzle just for YOU! A whole lot of mixing, cooking, and love goes into every batch, and we can’t wait for y’all to taste it. ❤️

#2, Spaetz-a-dellin.. (yea,,, we made that up...) But my personal favorite is our Frikadellin.. so we're "downsizing" and make little meatballs and serving them over fresh spaetzle and a hefty drizzle of our mushroom gravy sauce

#3, For all our onion loving fans we are grilling up some Kielbasa with grilled onions and melty guyere then topping it with a few crispy onions!
