Plastic Free July is a global movement that encourages individuals and organizations to reduce plastic waste through everyday actions. As a member of Inn by the Sea has reduced the use of plastics on property with operational changes that help reduce our environmental footprint.

Among the property's plastics reductions:
♻️ 24,000 single-use plastic water bottles annually replaced with reusable glass bottles in rooms
♻️ Plastic cups transitioned to compostable alternatives
♻️ Refillable bathroom pumps for amenities eliminated over 4,000 small plastic bottles a month
♻️ All to go boxes + flatware are compostable- the Inn composts over 2,000 lbs. of food and yard waste every month, saving it from landfill

The pool pawty is back this fall! Before we close the pool for the season we’re handing it over to our dog guests October 13-19.
Join us for our annual Fall Dog Swim when the pool is closed to people and open exclusively to our four- legged guests for a week of splashing and tail wagging.
