A friendly reminder for our after-school visitors 💛
We love being part of our community, and we’re happy to see so many local middle school kids stopping by after school. We know they’re excited to be together, and we’re glad our market can be a place where they feel welcome.
That said, we’ve had an increasing number of issues with running and yelling inside the store, backpacks being left randomly on the floor, and trash being left behind. While these things may seem minor, they can be disruptive and frustrating for our other customers and make it difficult for our staff to keep the store safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
We’re asking our young visitors to please:
• Use indoor voices
• Walk rather than run
• Leave backpacks at the front door
• Clean up after yourselves
• Be respectful of other customers and our staff
We’d really appreciate parents talking with their kids about these expectations. We want to continue welcoming everyone after school, but if the behavior continues, we may have to limit after-school visits to the store.
We’re grateful for your understanding and for helping us keep our little corner of the community a pleasant place for everyone. ❤️
