Look, I’m not from Philly—but whenever I set out to make something, I don't stop until it’s absolute perfection. We took a legendary Philly foundation and infused it with that signature Big Sexy Eats flair.

Here’s how we’re doing it right:
🥩 Fresh House-Shaved Ribeye: Choice ribeye, thin-sliced right in our kitchen every single day. (Zero pre-processed frozen pucks allowed in this house).

🥖 Seeded or plain Liscio’s Rolls: Authentic, hearth-baked Philly rolls, ready to hold all that beefy juice without falling apart.

🧀 The Cheese Blend: People ask about Whiz... maybe someday down the road, but right now, nothing touches our melted Cooper Sharp & Smoked Provolone blend. It’s rich, velvety, gooey, and our regulars are absolutely obsessed with it.

Here’s our brand-new sandwich for those that are hungry or looking for 2 meals. I’ve only allocated enough Mojo pork for 5 more of these beauties. When they’re gone, Mrs. Sexy is going to have to roast up another batch... so please, make me get more pork! 😬

The Roasted Pork Mojo Dip:

Eight full ounces of our house-roasted citrus-garlic Mojo pork piled high with melted Swiss cheese and Chicago-style giardiniera on a griddled 9" Cuban loaf. Served with a 4 oz cup of piping hot, scratch-simmered Mojo jus for deep dipping and a mountain of our fresh-cut fries.

Fresh out of the oven: House-roasted Mojo Pork, sliced thin and ready for the griddle. This is the heavy hitter we use in our Pressed Cuban sandwiches. 🐷🔥

But looking at all this rich, citrus-garlic pan dripping we have left over, I’m thinking about creating a new scratch-made Pork Au Jus...

Good morning all. Today 9/16/26 we will be opening a little late around 1pm. We apologize for the last minute notice.

One of the struggles of being a very small operation is that when life happens we have to pivot and adjust hours to accommodate. When our business grows enough we can hire staff this should be less impactful but for now, there are life events we have to accommodate. We do our best to anticipate but sometimes things take longer than expected.

Good afternoon my Big Sexy's! Tomorrow, Tuesday September 15th we will be closing at 6pm (we will stop taking orders at 5:30pm).

Today September 14th marks the 4 year anniversary of Mrs. Sexy coming to the United states from Cuba so I will be taking her out to celebrate.

She is so grateful every single day for the opportunities she has in our great nation. In 9 short months she can submit her application for citizenship and she is very excited for this milestone.

Please take the time to wish Mrs. Sexy a happy 4 year anniversary!

I love you Mirna Verdecia! Without you we couldn't make this venture work.
