COMING SOON: BLUFF NIGHT AT NO.3

A new live-hosted weekly game night. Free to play, no registration required, and everyone 21+ is welcome.

John or Brandon will host, reading the questions on the bar screen, joking about the responses and keeping the game moving. You play along on your phone.

Scan the QR code and enter the host's room code. No app download needed. Invent a believable fake answer, then try to spot the real answer among everyone else's bluffs.

Earn points for finding the truth and fooling your friends, with a speed bonus for faster correct answers. Three rounds of three questions lead to the Redemption Final: wager your virtual game points before a numerical question and try to get closest to the answer.

Bring your phone and your best poker face. Weekly day and start date to be announced. Stay tuned for more details.

Vienna L***r gets its appeal from soft, toasty malt and a relatively dry finish. Amber color is not a promise of caramel sweetness: pronounced caramel or roast is outside BJCP’s classic description.

Anton Dreher developed the style in Vienna in 1841. Austrian immigrant brewers, including Santiago Graf, carried it to Mexico later in the century.

Compared with Märzen, a classic Vienna L***r is lighter in body and malt intensity, with a little more dryness and bitterness. BJCP gives 4.7–5.5% ABV.

Belgian Dubbel can seem sweeter than it really is. Its rich malt flavor and restrained hop bitterness can create that impression, even though the b**r finishes fairly dry.

The balance should favor malt: expect toast, dark fruit and light chocolate character, without a burnt-roast edge. A simple recipe can still taste complex, with malt and caramelized or unrefined sugars adding layers of flavor.

BJCP describes a medium to medium-full body and medium-high carbonation. Its style range is 6–7.6% ABV, with many commercial examples around 6.5–7%.
