🍛 CURRY CHICKEN LASAGNA
Layers of smoked chicken thighs, spinach, onion, ricotta & mozzarella, all swimming in a curry coconut tomato sauce and finished with fresh cilantro.

It’s creamy. It’s smoky. It’s got a little curry kick. Basically, lasagna got bored and decided to have some fun. 🤘
