Taco Bell. Fort Myers 3431 Cleveland Ave. Order number 910435. This evening. We ordered dinner through the app so we could get our free taco from T-mobile. I customized my order of a chicken crunch wrap and a chicken taco. A large diet Pepsi. My husband had 2 beef chalupas and the free beef taco & a cup of ice water. When I got to the drive-thru and told them I was picking up my order the guy asked me if everything on the screen was correct. I said "huh" as nothing was on the screen. I said nothing was there. I said I would like a large diet Pepsi and a cup of ice water. Then the screen popped up and quickly went away. I said oh, I see it but I did not have time to read it before it was gone. When we got the food he did not repeat the order just asked if we had asked for a cup of ice water. I said yes. He asked if we needed sauce and I said yes. Mild. He gave us our bags of food. We stopped in the parking lot to eat. I bit into my crunch wrap and discovered it was beef. And so was my taco. I haven't eaten beef since 1991. I immediately spit it out. I have not eaten beef since 1991. Don't know what kind of reaction I'm going to have. Went back thru & told them we the wrong order. He said it was nothing he could do. He couldn't give me chicken as that would "mess up the inventory". I told him I had just bit into a beef crunch wrap. I asked if he knew what would happen to someone who hasn't eaten beef since 1991. I asked for the manager. I spoke to Jessica & she refused to refund saying since we bought it through the app. What the what? I told her I had never heard of a customer not having the right to a refund. So, here we are. I did not get dinner or a refund!
