Goombah's...

I've had so many people tell me so far that our online ordering is down today.
Its not.
The way Google ordering works is if I have to turn it off for an extended period of time than that platform disappears from its order here buttons.
It will be back on tomorrow.

There is a way around this though.
Just go to our website since the button is a direct link to it anyway.

I've added pictures for people need help through this. 🤷

I guess we will see everyone Wednesday.

Anyone who has inquired or would like to inquire about a job I will be at the kitchen Tuesday the 8th from 10am to 5pm, this is the best opportunity to get hired on the spot.
Please come prepared to showcase what you can do.
Key elements are knife skills, attention to detail, cleanliness, sense of urgency, ability to stretch highly hydrated dough or the persistence to figure it out, adhering to building pizza the way we do using the correct amount of sauce and cheese, and also working a deck oven and understanding turning the pies, rotating placement on the stones, being able to put pies in as they are on the board, and checking the undercarriage before boxing and cutting.
Thank you everyone for you understanding through this weird period. Today will be the last day of this. Next week it is game on again and hopefully some new hands on deck will make it easier on the guys and girl we already have a bit and or allow us to extend our hours later into the night or possibly allow a 7 day a week operation if not both. We will see though. 🤌🏼🙏🏼🫶🏼🌴🔥📈🍕🔌

Im sorry everyone unfortunately its the same thing today. 😔

Welp Goombahs, we find ourselves here once again.

Unfortunately we wont be open again today.

I promise this isnt going to be a regular thing but there's only so much I can do when all of my pizza staff is out and operating a Friday night by myself with my back kinked to hell is out of the question.

One out still with health issues (good part is we now know the root cause and shouldn't be a problem anymore after we are all healed up.)

And the other back in Connecticut for the funeral and celebration of life of his father.

For anyone thinking we are going downhill thats hardly the case. Just a bump in the road we need to get over.

Whether we struggle through the weekend or not after this the sudden closures will end now that everyone has had their time to take care of what needed taken care of.

Sorry everyone.

P.S.
*ANYONE PREORDERS MADE FOR TODAY WILL BE FULLFILLED* please have no worries.

Aye Goombah's
Im sorry but we're not going to be able to open today.
Unfortunately some things are just out of my control but what is in my control is how I react to these situations and doing the right thing is more important than money. Always.
Hope I didnt ruin anyone's plans for today.
Thank you for understanding
🤌🏼
