Grouper Wild Caught (8 – 10 oz filet ), prepared as:

Baked “Neptune”
Topped with Crab meat and oreganata mix. Baked in lobster bisque sauce.
Sauteed “Piccata”
With capers - wine - butter - lemon sauce. Over spaghettini.
Grouper “Blackened”
Lightly blackened. Served with Istrian potato and Ariani spinach.
