Some dishes are pure comfort. Others are impossible to resist.

This week, we're serving our handmade ravioli, filled with our own ricotta, Parmigiano and spinach—crafted from scratch in our kitchen and cooked to perfect tenderness.

They are coated in a luscious saffron cream sauce, rich and velvety, with the unmistakable aroma and golden glow of one of the world's most treasured spices. Every bite is indulgent, satisfying, and deeply rooted in the Italian tradition we love to share.

Handmade pasta. Beautiful ingredients. Timeless flavors. This is the kind of dish that makes you want to grab a fork and dive right in.

Some dishes don't need much introduction.

A perfectly pan-seared flounder fillet from Sam Rust Seafood. Copper Cricket Farm kale. Lemon-herb couscous. Saffron. Microgreens from Revival Farm.

Simple ingredients, thoughtfully prepared, each one bringing something different to the plate. The sweetness of the fish. The brightness of the lemon. The earthiness of the kale. The subtle peppery note of the purple radishes. The warmth of saffron weaving everything together.

This is the kind of dish we love to cook this time of year—fresh, vibrant, and inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean.

Available this week. See you at 5 PM.

This week, our handmade fettuccine are cooked perfectly al dente and paired with sweet jumbo lump crab folded into a silky leek fonduta. Fried capers bring a burst of salinity, breadcrumbs add texture and fresh chives and lemon zest brighten every bite.

Elegant without trying too hard. Rich without being heavy.

The kind of dish that reminds us that the best Italian cooking is often about restraint—allowing beautiful ingredients to speak for themselves.

And this one has a lot to say.

You deserve brunch today.
Not the rushed coffee in the car. Not the sad granola bar. Actual brunch.

The kind with perfectly cooked eggs, scrumptious gluten-free crêpes, crispy flatbreads, panini, cocktails that somehow make the day even better and espresso that reminds you why Italians take their coffee so seriously.

Long before the dining room begins to glow. Long before the first bottle is uncorked. Long before the evening settles into its rhythm… there’s flour covering the counters and pasta dough being made in our kitchen.

Every morning, we start from scratch. We mix the dough. We roll it out. Because some things are still worth taking the time to do properly.

This week, our handmade fettuccine are cooked perfectly al dente and wrapped in a velvety sauce of kale from Copper Cricket Farm, sausage, fennel pollen and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Intensely flavorful. Rustic and elegant at the same time.
The kind of dish that reminds us of simple, authentic Italian cooking.

There’s something special about this time of year — when local strawberries are bursting with sweetness and every flavor feels sun-soaked and alive.

This week's chilled soup brings it all together: ripe tomatoes and beautiful strawberries from Copper Cricket Farm, blended into something delicate, vibrant and unexpectedly unforgettable. Finished with fragrant basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, it’s bright, refreshing and layered with summer flavor.

Cool, elegant, and bursting with the essence of the season — the perfect way to begin your evening. See you at 5 PM.

The sky may still be gray and the clouds may still be hanging around… but inside Ambrogia, it’s basically a full color palette tonight.

The bright green of our kale sauce wrapped around fresh fettuccine.
The deep red of sun-dried tomatoes folded into our handmade pappardelle.
The vibrant spinach and asparagus sauce served with flounder.
And that rich purple mulberry reduction with the scallops.

Who needs sunshine when dinner looks like this?
Come trade the cloudy skies for colorful plates.

This pasta dish will steal your heart completely.

Our handmade pappardelle — silky ribbons cooked perfectly al dente — are tossed in a luscious sauce of shallots, black garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and cream, then sprinkled with Parmigiano Reggiano and golden breadcrumbs for the perfect little crunch.

Rich, cozy, just a touch dramatic. The kind of pasta that makes conversations pause and forks move faster.

A longtime favorite among our regulars… and every time it returns to the menu, it vanishes almost as quickly as it arrives.

See you at 5 PM.

Rainy days were made for slow brunches.

Get out of the rain and come spend the morning with us — espresso warming your hands, cocktails on the table and brunch dishes worth lingering over.

Honestly, there are worse ways to spend a gray day.

Your dinner is served.

This week’s handmade fettuccine are cooked perfectly al dente and tossed in a pesto made with garlic scapes from Copper Cricket Farm — because, honestly, working with local farmers and getting ingredients this fresh is one of the best parts of summer!

Then comes the good stuff:
Parmigiano Reggiano.
Toasted pine nuts.
Crispy speck.

Salty, creamy, nutty, smoky, fresh… basically everything you want twirled around a fork at once.

And yes, you’ll probably think about it again tomorrow.
