UPDATE: Over $800 has been raised between Paws & Tulia Animal Control Advocates donors! That will cover all the initial vetting that Cosmo needs! Other needs may come up after his exam

This is Cosmo. He is at the Tulia pound, and very scared 🙁. He touched the heart of a person wanting to foster and work with him. He was stray for some time and needs to be socialized.
The person contacted us for assistance.

Since Tulia has a “Kill Them All” ordinance, this is Cosmo’s chance - and probably only chance!

Vetting is set for Wednesday at the Palo Duro Animal Hospital.

In addition to neuter and rabies shot, Cosmo has a leg issue, which may require x-rays. He had ticks, so needs to be tested for tickborne illnesses (and HW testing is part of that). His eye needs to be checked.

Cost of vetting will run approx $680. Tulia Animal Control Advocates has raised $168, so we are needing to raise the balance.
