Customers oof the lodge Cafe, cantril, IA. I will miss all the times joking, laughing and talking with all of you. As I have grown to known you and your families, good and bad things that have happened to you and to me, it has made me feel good to experience it with you. Nov. 22, Lunch Special is baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots and a roll. 2nd special- Chicken Salad sandwich and curley fries for $5.00. Order your Meat and Cheese Braids now for the holidays. Full size is the width and length of a cookie sheet. Call Milia 660-341-3832 This is a bread with spices, meat and cheese, and braided. Very good.. We will be open for taco night, and will be closed on Thanksgiving..Happy Thanksgiving... we all have alot to be thankful for.

Hello Friends! We are going to have a Hunter's Breakfast Saturday November 12th from 5 am to 9 am. There will be a breakfast buffet for $8.50 and $4.50 for your choice of meat, eggs and toast. Hope to see you all there!

Our son, Matt, is doing very good now and wanting to go back to work. At the lodge cafe tomorrow, will be Hot Beef Plate for the Lunch Special. Hope to see you all come to eat with us.

Our son, Matt, is improving slowly in University Hopital, Iowa City. Pneumonia is getting better, fever gone, head injury healed, now downsizing on meds, bed, and ventilater. Not all in the same day, but one thing at a time, in the next 4-5 days. thanks for all your prayers and thoughts...We appreciate them...
The Lodge Cafe hours for now are 7 am-2 pm. Still open and welcome you all to eat Breakfast and Lunch with us.
