Last but not least is a reimagined item for our summer menu - Basin’s Bruschetta. It now features a watermelon and feta mix atop toasted baguettes drizzled with balsamic glaze and basil. It’s light and refreshing with a crispy crunch.

School’s out for summer, and if your high-school-aged-child (Ideally young adults age 16) is looking for part-time, evening and weekend work, our food truck, The Hungry Hiker, has availability. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, prep work, cooking, taking customer orders, cleaning. Schedules are flexible and free shift meals as well as an employee discount on merchandise are provided.

We’re bringing back a staple for our summer menu - our Forest Foliage salad featuring a satisfying mix of strawberries, cucumber, feta cheese and croutons atop a bed of mixed greens. It is served with our Lost Trail ‘basecamp dressing’ which is similar to a white French.

In addition to our monthly specials, we launched our summer menu this week which includes the return of some old warm weather favorites as well as updates to existing items and the introduction of something new.

On our summit snacks appetizer menu, we added Trailhead Tomatoes - one of our personal summer favorites - four fried green tomatoes topped with goat cheese crumbles and drizzled with sweet Thai chili sauce.

They are great to share or keep them all for yourself!

You’re gonna feel like partying at the picnic with our June specials. We’ve got a Loj-wine-marinated Duma hot dog topped with brown sugar baked beans, bacon, crispy onions and Carolina gold barbecue sauce as well as a fresh, homemade raspberry peach cake topped with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries.

They’re both available all month long so be sure to check them out.

We’ve got one more who walked across the stage just yesterday! Congratulations to Broc - 2026 Field High School graduate. Broc will be joining the trades as his next adventure.

So wonderful to see the different trails these young adults are taking and be a small part of their journey.

Congratulations to our 2026 graduates:

Melody is a Lake High School graduate and will be majoring in culinary arts at Hocking College.

Liam is a high school graduate with 240 full-time firefighter certification from Stark State. He will be pursuing EMT certification followed by paramedic certification.

We’re springing into May with new monthly specials - a Turkey club sandwich with turkey, lettuce, sliced tomato, cheddar cheese, bacon and mayo atop an Italian sub bun and a lemon bar topped with fresh raspberries and homemade raspberry coulis for dessert.

We’re serving Wednesday- Friday 4-8 pm and Saturday 1-8 pm.

Ok, Ohio…it’s a little cold out there. We’re spicing things up today with a taco flight special. We’ve got a traditional beef taco with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheddar and sour cream, a shredded chicken taco with elote (corn) salad and street corn sauce as well as a fajita-lime marinated shrimp taco with grilled peppers and onions all served with a side of tortilla chips and salsa. Orders are limited so when they are gone, they’re gone!

We are open and serving 1-8 pm today.

We’re smoking 100 mild Hungarian sausages from Duma Meats Farm Market for a new summit snack appetizer we know is going to pair great with our new beer offering from Hamburg Brewing!
