If you’ve ever ordered our chicken shawarma, chances are you’ve had toum — aka that ridiculously good garlic sauce you can’t stop dipping everything into. 😍 It’s also amazing on kabobs, falafel, wraps….. basically everything!

“Toum” means garlic in Arabic, and this traditional Middle Eastern sauce is made by emulsifying fresh garlic, oil, lemon juice until it becomes light, fluffy and creamy.

And despite that creamy texture… there’s no dairy in it!

It’s bold, garlicky and one of those sauces where a little goes a long way… although somehow “a little” never seems to be enough 🧄
