Happy Sushi Friday! 🍣 Earlier this week, we promised that Sue was working on a special, fake-crab-free version of a California Roll for you all, and the wait is over.

Today's Fresh Sushi Menu:

- The New California Roll: Shrimp, roasted asparagus, carrots, and a drizzle of spicy aioli

- California Shrimp Roll: Avocado, shrimp, and spicy aioli

- Smoked Salmon Roll: Red onions and chive cream cheese

- Vegan Roll: Roasted asparagus, carrots, and cucumbers

- Vegetarian Roll: Carrots, egg strings, and cucumbers

- Ahi Tuna Plate: Ahi tuna served with seaweed salad and a wedge of sushi rice

Local produce fun! 🧅🎃

We recently picked up 765 pounds of onions and a massive 95-pound pumpkin from Wagler’s Farm right here in Canton - you can see just how big it is compared to Yen’s hand! We brought this incredible haul over to LOPRO so it can be distributed to local retail stores across the area.

Supporting our local farmers and ensuring the community can enjoy the incredible freshness and health benefits of local produce has been the core mission of Nature’s Storehouse since 1972. We also want to send a huge shoutout to our dedicated produce buyer and the entire grocery team! They work hard to beautifully stock our shelves and meticulously care for everything to ensure you always get the absolute best quality.

A huge thank you to our local farm partners and our wonderful community for your endless support. We could not do this without you!
