🚧 **Mid-Week Progress Update!**

Things are moving FAST!

Just a few days ago, we shared that we're making the biggest investment in Vassel's Main Street Catering's 26-year history. Since then, the transformation has been incredible.

✅ New office taking shape
✅ Fresh paint finished
✅ Workstations installed
✅ Technology & internet connected
✅ Production and support space coming together

Every wall, every wire, and every detail brings us one step closer to serving our clients even better.

This project reminds me that Vassel's has always been about more than catering. It's about family, friendships, and an amazing community that's supported us since 1999. 💙

🚧 For the first time in 26 years... we're tearing our building apart.

And honestly... we couldn't be more excited.

If you've been following Vassel's Main Street Catering over the years, this one is for you.

Back in 1999, we started with one simple goal:

Serve great food. Treat every client like family. Never stop improving.

Twenty-six years later, thanks to your trust and support, we're making the biggest investment in our company's history.

🔨 The walls came down.
🗑️ The dumpsters filled up.
🏗️ And the rebuilding began.

We're creating a larger, more efficient home so we can continue serving Southeast Michigan for many years to come.

Another incredible wedding weekend in the books ❤️

Despite the unpredictable Michigan weather, our team was all over Metro Detroit this weekend helping create unforgettable events — including a beautiful wedding celebration at Plymouth Orchards & Cider Mill that turned out absolutely stunning.

Rain, muddy vans, tight timelines… and our crew still made sure everything came together beautifully for our clients and guests.

From elegant wedding receptions to corporate events and graduation celebrations, we’re incredibly grateful to be part of so many important moments throughout the season.

Looking back at old photos and logos like this is honestly pretty emotional for us.

What started as a small local business has grown into weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, and celebrations all across Southeast Michigan.

Meanwhile our team is:
✔ loading vans at 6AM
✔ labeling gluten free meals
✔ carrying hot boxes through rain
✔ setting up buffets in record time
✔ somehow surviving on coffee and adrenaline ☕🔥

But honestly… we love the chaos.

27 years later and there’s still nothing better than seeing a room full of people enjoying great food together.
