They have bands all day and night!

It’s been a LONG time since my empanadas have been available to more than friends and family. Make sure to do your soul and your tummy some justice and go treat yourself while you’re out enjoying the city.

Hello! Long time, no update...
Empamami is looking for a ghost kitchen to rent for the 2023 year. Once that has been acquired we will be ready and open to book for the spring, summer and fall. If you have any leads please reach out and let me know.

Hello friends! Today i will be parked at Quonset Hut for their Alternative Wellness Fair. Stop by and check out all the different ways you can stay healthy in a more natural way! I'll be there from 12 to 3 ^.^

Hola amigos! Tomorrow will be a fun gig at Walkie Talkie Espresso & Coffee as I will be doing breakfast for dinner! The menu consists of my pierogi empanada or chorizo, potato and mozzarella with an option to smother them in sausage gravy and served with a side of hash browns. I'll also have pumpkin cheesecake emps if you're feeling something sweet :) I'll be on from 5-7

It's another fair fall Thursday and you know what that means? Neighborhood night at Walkie Talkie Espresso & Coffee! They are debuting some new drinks for the spoopy cold season as well spinning some records and selling some vintage threads. I don't know about you but that sounds like a full night of entertainment wrapped up into one venue. After you've sated your palate with coffee divine, your ears with beautiful music and your desire to dress in the coolest clothes please come gorge on some fall classic empanadas. I'll be on at 5:00 pm

Last year i did a run of soliciting empa-monsters from my artists friends and my daughter wanted to jump on the train. This is her rendition of one :)

Getting ready to kick off spooky season. The weather may be cooler but nothing warms you like a belly full of beer and 'nadas. I'll be at Codex Brewing tonight from 5 to 7 serving up some fall favorites.

Here's a throwback to when my good friend Will made me an empamonster last year! Tonight I will be at Walkie Talkie Espresso & Coffee from 5-7 for neighborhood night. Nothing screams fall more than a fancy hot beverage and some comfort food. Tonight's menu includes these empanadas
-pork, chorizo and goat cheese
-jalapeno chicken popper
-elote
-peaches and scream (get it, for halloween?)

I'll also have my Cuban sandwiches and pork rice bowls as well. Hope to see you there, friends.
